Course 26-2023/24 participants at National Defence College (NDC) recently had opportunity to benefit from wise counsel of two-time Olympic Champion and first human in history to run a sub-two-hour marathon, Mr Eliud Kipchoge EGH.

NDC is one of the seven (7) Colleges of National Defence University-Kenya.

In a lecture that covered a wide range of themes such as leadership, sacrifice, resilience and values, Mr Kipchoge shared his personal experiences with anecdotes from the athletics world to elucidate his themes.

This was also an opportunity for international and local participants to meet and mingle with Kenya’s hero.
