National Defence University–Kenya Vice- Chancellor, Major General  Said  Farah, recently joined Vice-Chancellors of Public Universities and Principals of constituent colleges, for the 2024 Leadership Training Workshop in Mombasa. 

The training themed 'Developing Strategic, Focused and Result-Oriented University Leaders' was seeking to empower participants with the knowledge and tools needed to offer transformative leadership in their respective institutions.

The workshop also aimed at equipping participants with deep understanding of key aspects of university leadership, resource mobilization, and digital transformation, the key drivers of change in the Higher Education Institutions.

Vice-Chancellors and Principals from over 42 Higher Education Institutions attended the workshop.
