Successful Completion of eCitizen & Pesaflow Training at NDU-K
The National Defence University-Kenya (NDU-K) has successfully concluded a three-day intensive training on eCitizen digital services and Pesaflow payment systems at the seat.
This training, facilitated by experts from the eCitizen Directorate, The National Treasury – Government Digital Payments, and Pesaflow Limited, equipped participants with essential skills in Single Sign-On (SSO), system navigation, and financial reconciliation processes.
During the closing session, Director Finance and Accounts, CPA Nginga, commended the participants for their dedication and engagement throughout the training. She emphasized the importance of digital financial systems in streamlining university operations and enhancing service efficiency.
Also in attendance was Lieutenant Colonel Fidel Munywoki, the Coordinator for the Ministry of Defence from the eCitizen, who underscored the University’s commitment to adopting digital innovations for seamless government service delivery.
This successful training marks a significant step in strengthening NDU-K's capacity in digital financial management and ensuring efficient user support on government platforms.
