Empowering NDU-K with Digital Payment & System Training
The National Defence University-Kenya (NDU-K) is hosting a three-day intensive training conducted by experts from the eCitizen Directorate, The National Treasury – Government Digital Payments, and Pesaflow Limited at the seat.
This training is designed to enhance the university’s understanding and utilization of digital government services, focusing on Single Sign-On (SSO) for eCitizen, End-to-End System Navigation, and Pesaflow Digital Payments.
Training Highlights
✅ Single Sign-On (SSO) - eCitizen Platform
Participants will learn how to:
- Log into the eCitizen platform securely.
- Reset their passwords.
- Update phone numbers and email addresses linked to their accounts.
✅ End-to-End System Training
The training provides hands-on experience in both Front-End and Back-End processes, ensuring seamless system navigation and user support.
✅ Pesaflow Training for Finance & Management
Finance and management teams will gain key insights into:
- Accessing critical financial data on the Pesaflow dashboard.
- Searching for invoices and interpreting key financial variables.
- Troubleshooting failed notifications and tracking payments efficiently.
- Generating comprehensive transaction, payment, and settlement reports for financial reconciliation.
- Understanding settled amounts from the eCitizen collection account.
